2 vans, security convoy leave Veterans’ Memorial hospital

MANILA, Philippines — A security convoy with two white coaster vans left the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City early Thursday but it wasn’t clear whether former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was in any of the vehicles.

As of posting time, the convoy, which left VMMC at 8:07 a.m, are  approaching Monumento.
