Cops nab most wanted person in Zambales town
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—A man tagged as one of the most wanted persons in Sta. Cruz town in this province was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 12, police said.
Col. Romano Cardiño, provincial police director, identified the suspect as Rionel Mejos, who is facing charges for attempted homicide.
Mejos was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Aida Theresita Basa-Diviva of the Third Judicial Region 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Sta. Cruz-Candelaria, with recommended bail of P36,000.
Cardiño said the suspect was detained at the Sta Cruz municipal police station.
