MANILA, Philippines — Katrina Ponce Enrile, the daughter of former Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, has formally filed her Certificate of Candidacy last October 7, 2021 to run as Representative for the 1st District of Cagayan Province under the LAKAS-CMD banner.

Armed with a degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, KPE is no stranger to the competitive world of politics because of her father’s work.
But previous to her decision to run for Congress, KPE was the CEO and President of her family’s numerous businesses, establishing a very successful track record of not only running their business like a well-oiled machine but even growing and expanding the reach of their well-known Food Brand DELIMONDO to other countries across the globe.
With her excellent business acumen, professional savvy and early exposure to politics, coupled with a genuine concern to help her fellow Cagayanos in times of dire need during emergencies and calamities, KPE may just have that winning formula that will help her land that Congressional seat in 2022.
