LEGAZPI CITY – A man considered by police as a high-value target was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Naga City in Camarines Sur province early Sunday.
Police Colonel Marlon Catan, Naga City police chief, said Walfredo San Jose, 34, was arrested in Barangay (village) San Felipe at around 4:40 a.m.
Police recovered three sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth) worth P45,000.
San Jose was first on the list of top drug suspects in the city and also included in the watch list in the Bicol region.
