15 fugitives nabbed in Central Luzon

OLONGAPO CITY—At least 15 most wanted persons in Central Luzon were arrested in separate operations, authorities said Thursday, Sept. 30.
In a statement, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) said the fugitives were arrested in this city and the provinces of Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Bulacan on Tuesday.

Most of them were facing charges for attempted murder, robbery, qualified theft, sexual assault and rape.
Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon, PRO3 director, said the simultaneous police operations were part of the intensified anti-criminality campaign in the region.
