BAGUIO CITY—Unidentified armed men killed on Tuesday a debt collector of a micro-finance company in Tabuk City, Kalinga province, police said.

Investigators identified the victim as Ryan Christopher Subac, 23, a microfinance officer of ASA Philippines. He was a resident of Gonzaga town in Cagayan province.

The initial investigation showed that Subac was returning to their office in Barangay Dagupan after collecting payment from a company client when he was gunned down.
