Green plugs White’s win streak

THE Green Team plugged the two-game winning streak of White via a, 91-73 rout Thursday night at the Customs Collectors caging dubbed as Major Alfonso Abbariao Cup-Biggest Loser-2012 Inter-color basketball tournament at the barangay Basak San Nicolas gym.

Green took a 7-point lead, 27-20 in the opening period with Jingjing Rama scoring 14 points spiked by four triples in that stretch. Green was never threatened the rest of the way.

Noel Medalle and Jingjing Rama led Green in scattering 36 and 30 points, respectively with seven treys each, while Boodie Monteño and Kenneth Maningo paced White with 18 and 14 points, respectively.
