Motorcycle rider dead after hitting electric post in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY––A motorcycle rider died on the spot after crashing against an electric post in this city, police said Thursday, Sept. 23.

Investigators identified the victim as Glen Jamil Elias, 24, of Barangay Bakakeng Norte.

Elias was reportedly trying to escape from two other motorcycle riders whose vehicles he hit when he rammed into an electric pole while negotiating a curve.

The rider suffered fatal injuries due to the impact of the crash, the police said. INQ
