Man nabbed for selling loose firearm in Pampanga

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––Police have arrested a man who allegedly sold an unregistered gun to an undercover cop in Minalin town in this province.

The Pampanga police said, in a statement, that Tennese Filomino, 37, of Guagua town, was arrested Sept. 20 in an entrapment operation in Minalin.

The police allegedly confiscated from the suspect a .38-caliber revolver, three small sachets of “shabu” (crystal meth), and the marked money.

The Pampanga police said the suspect was facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
