OLONGAPO CITY—Two drug suspects, listed as high-value individuals, turned themselves in to police, authorities said Wednesday, Sept. 22.

Col. Jeric Villanueva, acting police city director, identified the two as John Mark Fua and Augustus Caesar Castañeda.

Fua, a parking attendant who resides in Barangay New Banicain, is also a member of the “Clavo criminal group” engaged in theft and robbery in the city and Subic Bay Freeport, Villanueva said in a report.
