SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Two suspected drug traders were arrested in Candelaria town after they yielded at least P76,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth), police said Thursday.
Col. Ramano Cardiño said Rodel Elemento, 61, and Darwin Cruz, 40, both of Masinloc town, were arrested at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dampay.
At least 11 grams of shabu placed in 17 plastic sachets were seized from the duo.
The two suspects will be charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
