Cops nab Pampanga town’s most wanted person
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––Policemen arrested Magalang town’s most wanted person during an operation, the provincial police said on Thursday, Sept. 16.
In a statement, Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay identified the suspect as Conrado Garcia, 55, a resident of Sto. Rosario village, Magalang.
He said Garcia was arrested after Judge Rodrigo Ido Del Rosario of the Angeles Regional Trial Court Branch 114 issued a warrant against the suspect for frustrated parricide with a recommended bail of P200,000.
Parricide is the killing of one’s close relative. Frustrated parricide is executing but failing to kill a family member.
The police said Garcia was taken to the Magalang police station before his presentation to the court.
