MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and isolated rain showers are expected over most parts of the country due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Monday.

“Ito pong ITCZ, malaki ang tsansa na mag-prevail pa rin o maging dominant weather system sa’tin at least in the next two to three days,” Pagasa weather specialist Loriedin De La Cruz said in Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather forecast.
