Chinese contractor nabbed for alleged sex offenses in Pampanga

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – A Chinese contractor was arrested on Friday, August 27, in Mexico town in Pampanga province for allegedly sexually offending his female former employee, police said in belated report Sunday.

Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) identified the arrested suspect as Yanlong Xu Chen, 36.

The Chinese man was arrested in his residence by police armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Richard Gazzingan Evangelista of the Mexico-San Luis Municipal Circuit Trial Court for four counts of acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code with P144,000 recommended bail.

Police said the complainant, a 33-year-old Filipino woman, used to be the suspect’s employee and that the alleged sexual offense happened last June and July.
