8 wanted fugitives in Zambales nabbed

HANDCUFFS arrestSAN ANTONIO, Zambales––At least eight wanted persons in this province were arrested during anti-criminality operations, police said on Friday, Aug. 27.

Col. Romano Cardiño, provincial police director, said one of the fugitives, Mark Anthony Aquino, 24, is among the most wanted persons in Central Luzon.

Aquino is the primary suspect in the killing of a certain John Cabarrubias at a restaurant in Castillejos town on Jan. 27, 2016. He was arrested Thursday in Isabela on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Roline Ginez-Jabalde of Olongapo City Regional Trial Court Branch 74 with no bail recommended.

Also arrested on the same day were Leiann Molino, 32, for theft; Wilma Luzano, 50, for falsifying public documents; and Nonito Morallos, 53, for child exploitation.
