Marlon Pandungan was arrested at his home in Bago, where he allegedly manufactured fake licenses, said Land Transportation Office (LTO) Western Visayas Assistant Regional Director Gaudioso Geduspan.
Seized from Pandungan were 15 fake drivers’ licenses and the machines and supplies he used to manufacture fake documents.
Police also confiscated stamps of different schools that Pandungan allegedly used to manufacture fake diplomas.
In Bacolod, the police arrested Jefferson Panisa and Loribelle Antiquera at the Central Market for allegedly manufacturing fake driver’s licenses.
The three suspects will face charges for violation of the Anti-Red Tape Act and falsification of public documents.
