SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman with a mental health condition was arrested in Castillejos town, police said on Tuesday (August 24).
Col. Romano Cardiño, police provincial director, identified the suspect as Teodorico Bola, 57, who was also tagged as the most wanted person in Castillejos.
Police arrested Bola on Monday by virtue of a warrant issued by Presiding Judge Melanie Fay Tadili of Regional Trial Court, Branch 97 in nearby Olongapo City for rape charges.
No bail was recommended for the suspect who was detained in Castillejos police station.
