BAGUIO CITY––A man quarreling with his wife allegedly stabbed and killed his younger brother, who tried to intervene, police in Lidlidda town in Ilocos Sur said on Sunday, Aug. 22.

Investigators identified the victim as Archie Tudayan Eusebio, 30, and the suspect as Raymund Eusebio, 33, both residents of Barangay Suysuyan.

The police said the brothers and some other men were having a drinking spree, when Raymund left to accompany his wife to a nearby river around 6 p.m.
