3 shabu users caught on camera nabbed in QC
MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics operatives of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Monday caught three drug users on camera while in a “drug session” in Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City.
On camera, QCPD officers can be seen monitoring the suspects through a small hole from which the three appear to distribute what may be “shabu” or crystal meth. The authorities then barged into the room and arrested the suspects.
The three suspects were identified as Aslani Gubaton, Januario Balana and Ryan Iran.
According to Police Lt. Glenn Gonzales, a neighbor said three suspects were having a drug session in the house of one of the suspects in Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City, at around 1:10 a.m.
Authorities seized P500 worth of “shabu.” The suspects will be charged for violating Republic Act 9165 or “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.”
