SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Seventy-five more COVID-19 cases were reported in this province on Thursday, Aug. 12, officials said.

Most of them showed some symptoms of the disease and were exposed to infected patients, Bueno said.

On the same day, the province also recorded 88 recoveries, one of the highest numbers of patients healed from the disease in a single day.

The province has 4,771 confirmed cases, of which at least 438 remained active, 4,194 have recovered, and 139 have died. INQ
