MANILA, Philippines — Two million doses more of the COVID-19 shot developed by Chinese drug firm Sinovac Biotech arrived in the country on Thursday night.

The plane carrying the government-procured batch of anti-coronavirus vaccine doses landed 7:20 p.m. at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 2, according to the National Task Force against COVID-19.

This is the third delivery of COVID-19 vaccines to the country this week. Earlier, at least 800,000 doses of the US-made Pfizer vaccine and 100,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccine donated by the United Arab Emirates arrived.
