11 more Central Luzon cops infected with COVID-19

OLONGAPO CITY — The Police Regional Officer 3 (PRO3) on Wednesday recorded 11 new COVID-19 cases among its workforce.

Citing data from its health service, the PRO3 said its active infections rose to 96 due to the new cases.

The latest infections also pushed to 2,048 the number of COVID-19 cases that the PRO3 logged among its workforce, including non-uniformed personnel, since last year.

But at least six new recoveries were also listed on Wednesday, bringing to 1, 942 the total COVID-19 recoveries among police personnel in Central Luzon.

Its death toll still stood at five with no additional fatalities in the recent weeks.
