MANILA, Philippines — The whole country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to a low pressure area prevailing over Puerto Princesa City, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its latest weather forecast, Pagasa said that rainshowers and thunderstorms would become widespread over Palawan, Visayas, Central and Western Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
