Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather, although isolated rain showers are possible.

Meanwhile, Pagasa continues to monitor two tropical cyclones outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

At 5 a.m., Tropical Storm Lupit entered the Philippine area of responsibility and will be locally named “Huaning.”

Meanwhile, Pagasa continues to monitor Tropical Storm Mirinae, formerly tropical cyclone Gorio. It was spotted at 1,725 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon as of 3 a.m.
