Pagasa: Fair Saturday weather in most parts of PH
MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will have fair weather on Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its early morning forecast.
The western part of the Ilocos region, Zambales, Benguet, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon or “habagat,” Pagasa said.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather, although isolated rain showers are possible.
Meanwhile, Pagasa continues to monitor two tropical cyclones outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

Article continues after this advertisementMeanwhile, Pagasa continues to monitor Tropical Storm Mirinae, formerly tropical cyclone Gorio. It was spotted at 1,725 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon as of 3 a.m.
