Rainy Sunday in parts of Northern, Central Luzon; fair weather in NCR, says Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines – Monsoon rains will continue to persist in Northern Luzon (Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region) Cagayan, Batanes and some parts of Central Luzon (Zambales, Bataan) on Sunday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Fair weather is expected in most parts of the country with sudden rain showers and thunderstorms still possible due to the “habagat” or southwest monsoon.
(Expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in the Ilocos region, Cordillera including the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Zambales, and Bataan.)
