CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela—The number of fully vaccinated residents in Isabela province has reached 31,562, but this is far below the target of 70 percent of its 1.5 million population, data from the National Immunization Program-Isabela report said.

As of July 13, at least 88,875 qualified residents in the province received their first dose of the vaccine.

The data did not include Santiago City, an independent component city in the province, the Isabela Information Office has clarified.

Health officials were still enforcing strict compliance with the minimum public health standards, such as wearing of face mask and face shield and observance of social distancing.
