MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country are expected to experience hot and humid weather on Tuesday, with the exception of Eastern Visayas, Davao and Caraga region, the state weather service reported.
Reports from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean affect the weather of the country.
“Asahan pa din na sa malaking bahagi ng bansa ay mararanasan ang mainit at maalinsangang panahon na may posibilidad pa rin ng dagliang buhos ng ulan dulot ng localized thunderstorms,” weather specialist Meno Mendoza said in a public weather forecast.
(Expect hot and humid weather in most parts of the country with possibility of isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.)
“Dito sa rehiyon ng Caraga, maging sa Davao region patuloy pa ring mararanasan ang mga maulap na kalangitan na may kalat kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat pagkulog na dulot pa rin ng easterlies,” he added.
(Here in Caraga and Davao regions, cloudy skies with isolated rains will still be experienced due to easterlies.)
Meanwhile, there are no gale warnings raised in the country’s waters, with the whole country experiencing light to moderate sea condition.
