MANILA, Philippines — It will be a hot and humid Monday for most parts of the country, including Metro Manila while rain is expected over the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Camarines, and Catanduanes, the state weather service said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its Sunday afternoon bulletin, said the hot and humid weather is caused by the prevailing easterlies.
(Expect cloudy skies and isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Provinces and Catanduanes.)
(For the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila, expect generally hot and humid weather with chances of rain due to localized thunderstorms. The Visayas and Mindanao will also have hot and humid weather.)
Perez added that the country is not expecting any weather disturbances within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
There are also no gale warnings raised in the country’s waters, with the whole country to experience light to moderate sea conditions.
