MANILA, Philippines — Slightly cloudy skies and scattered rains are expected in Metro Manila along with the rest of Luzon on Sunday due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
(Due to the two weather systems, Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.)
No weather disturbance has been monitored both outside and inside the Philippine area of responsibility, Pagasa added.
Meanwhile, Pagasa said that Visayas and Luzon will experience bright and sunny weather but scattered and sudden rains should still be expected due to the intertropical convergence zone.
(Fine weather will be experienced in Visayas and Mindanao. But scattered rains and sudden downpours should be expected due to thunderstorms.)
