Drug suspect with hand grenade busted in Rizal province
LUCENA CITY—Police arrested Tuesday a drug suspect and seized over P173,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) and a hand grenade in Rodriguez town in Rizal province, a report said Wednesday.
The Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) police said in a report that anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Nano Ulama after he sold P500 worth of shabu to a police agent in Barangay San Jose at 9:10 p.m.
Authorities seized 12 sachets of shabu weighing 25.52 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P173,500.

The police also confiscated a digital weighing scale, assorted drug paraphernalia, and a hand grenade.
The suspect was detained and is facing criminal charges.
