63 more patients recover from COVID-19 in Ilocos Norte

LAOAG CITY—At least 63 more patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Ilocos Norte on Monday, June 28, bringing to 2,946 the total number of patients who were cleared of the disease, health officials said.

The province also added 42 new cases in its COVID-19 tally and three deaths coming from the cities of Laoag and Batac, and the town of Bangui.

So far, the province has an 81.70-percent recovery rate from COVID-19 out of the 3,606 total cases recorded since the pandemic began last year.

The latest data from the provincial government showed that there were around 33,584 vaccines administered to those who belong to the A1, A2, and A3 priority groups.
