Zambales logs 51 new COVID-19 recoveries
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – Fifty one more patients have recovered from COVID-19 in this province.
Doctor Noel Bueno, provincial health director, said the patients who recovered tested positive for the disease from May 28 to June 11.
Among them were two 8-month old boys, both residents of Sta. Cruz town, and 15 cadets from the marine academy in San Narciso.
The latest recoveries brought down to 685 the active cases of COVID-19 in the province after reaching 722 the previous day.
Fourteen patients aged 3 to 92 years old were tested positive on the same day.
The province now has so far logged 3,153 COVID-19 cases since last year, with 2,397 recoveries and 70 deaths.
