SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––A fire razed a bar at Barangay Sto. Nino in Palauig town Saturday, officials said Monday, June 14.
Authorities said the fire broke out about 6:45 a.m. in Sitio Banlog and was put out shortly after 7 a.m.
Investigators said an electric fan that overheated caused the fire.
The blaze spread quickly, destroying the whole bar made of light materials.
No one was hurt in the fire, but its damage was estimated to reach P100,000. INQ
