Essential workers in QC get vaccinated

/ 05:08 AM June 13, 2021

MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City has started the vaccination of workers under the A4 priority group of economic and government front-liners after the city received vaccine supply earlier this week.

But technical difficulties on its booking platform marred its opening of vaccination slots for the A4 priority group on Thursday afternoon.

The city’s EZConsult website experienced heavy traffic, forcing the platform to suspend booking for a few hours. The platform reopened at midnight.

Meanwhile, some 600 industrial workers and more than 800 teachers in Valenzuela City were inoculated on Saturday.
