MANILA, Philippines — A memorandum of agreement (MOA) allowing part of Nayong Pilipino to be used as a mega vaccination site has reportedly been signed.

The Inquirer also learned on Wednesday that the Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) had elected Gertrudes Batocabe as executive director, replacing Lucille Karen Malilong-Isberto, who resigned at the height of the controversy on the use of the property.

According to a government source, Batocabe met with the NPF board on May 26, the same day a draft MOA was presented to its members. The MOA was signed last week by Batocabe and Health Secretary Francisco Duque III.
