Mabalacat City records 7 more COVID-19 deaths

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Seven more residents here recently succumbed to COVID-19, bringing the city’s death toll to 71 since the pandemic broke out in March last year.

In a bulletin issued Friday, June 4, the city government said the latest fatalities included four residents of Barangay San Francisco, and one each from Barangays Dapdap, Poblacion and Sto. Rosario.

Also on Friday, the city recorded 17 new COVID-19 cases and 23 recoveries.

The city has a total of 3,093 COVID-19 cases since March, 2020, 275 of which are active.

The city also recorded a total of 2,747 recoveries.
