Suspected drug pusher nabbed in Oriental Mindoro buy-bust

CITY OF CALAPAN—A suspected drug pusher was arrested by police in a buy-bust on Tuesday night in Naujan town in Oriental Mindoro province.

Andy Ordoña, 22 and a resident of Barangay (village) Ordovilla in Victoria town was caught selling a plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (crystal meth) from a poseur buyer in exchange for P1,000 in Barangay Antipolo at about 6:15 p.m.

Also confiscated from the suspect were five small pieces of sachets also containing suspected shabu weighing about 0.47 gram and amounting to P3,200.

Ordoña is in police custody while a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared against him.
