Navotas ‘jumper’ yields after 3 hours up Meralco post
A truck driver believed to be high on drugs kept police busy for almost three hours late Friday when he threatened to jump off an electrical post in in Navotas City.
After a lengthy negotiation, Jeffrey Bonifacio Garcia, 35, agreed to get down from a Meralco post on Block 2, Garcia Street in Barangay Daang Hari, according SPO4 Ismael Pugaba.
Garcia started drawing attention from high up the post at around 3:40 p.m. Kristine Felisse Mangunay
