Tarlac logs 34 new COVID-19 deaths

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga –– The Tarlac provincial government recorded 34 deaths related to COVID-19 Tuesday, May 25, local health data showed.

Most of them were from the capital city of Tarlac and were elderly residents.

The oldest fatality was the 92-year-old man from Barangay Sto. Rosario I in Capas town.

To date, 315 people in Tarlac had died due to the viral disease.

As of May 25, Tarlac registered 6,588 COVID-19 cases since last year and 998 of these remain active.

At least 482 patients also recovered from the disease on Tuesday, bringing the total number of people who healed to 5,275.
