3 held after selling ‘shabu’ in front of school in Olongapo City

OLONGAPO CITY –– Three suspected drug traders were arrested here recently after being caught selling “shabu” (crystal meth) in front of a school.

In a belated report, the police in this city identified the suspects as Jerry Phua, Lucky Michael Rodillas, and Don Balmes, all residents of Barangay Sta. Rita.

The trio tried to sell shabu to an undercover agent of Police Station 5 in front of the Sta. Rita Elementary School on May 21.

Seized from them were six sachets allegedly containing shabu weighing 2.9 grams worth about P28,000.

The suspects were charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
