Hot, humid weather to continue nationwide — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The country is expected to have hot and humid weather on Monday, the state weather service said Sunday.

In its Sunday afternoon forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the easterlies will prevail in most parts of the country.

Rain and isolated thunderstorms may experienced because of localized thunderstorms.

Metro Manila will experience warm weather on Wednesday with temperatures ranging from 26 to 35 degrees Celsius; Tagaytay City at 23 to 33 degrees Celcius; Baguio City at 16 to 27 degrees Celsius; Laoag City at 25 to 34 degrees Celcius; Legazpi City at 26 to 33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City at 39 to 26 degrees Celsius; and Puerto Princesa City at 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

Visayas and Mindanao will be in a similar weather situation with temperatures in Cebu ranging from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius; Tacloban, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius; Iloilo 26 to 33 degrees Celsius; Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius; Zamboanga City, 24 to 33 degrees Celsius; and 25 to 34 degrees Celsius in Davao City.

Meanwhile, no gale warning was raised with the eastern and western parts of the country expected to have moderate sea conditions. The rest of the country meanwhile will have slight to moderate sea conditions.
