DAGUPAN CITY – A 20-year-old resident of Urdaneta City survived gunshot wounds to the neck and abdomen, after a 9:50 a.m. attack on Saturday (May 22) as he rode his motorcycle along a village road.
Luis Angelo Ferrer of Barangay (village) Bolaoen was treated at the Urdaneta Sacred Heart Hospital after he was shot by a lone gunman who fled the scene, police said.
Ferrer’s sister, Maria Patricia, was his passenger, but she was not hurt.
The police have yet to determine why Ferrer was assaulted.
