Shooting incident outside Muntinlupa mall caught on video, becomes viral

MANILA, Philippines — Security guards outside a mall in Muntinlupa City were seen shooting at a white sports utility vehicle on Thursday afternoon, a now-viral video showed.
In a video taken by a netizen, at least four security officials — two of them armed with a shotgun and one with a pistol — stopped a white Mitsubishi Montero which hit several motorcycles near the curb.
Then, the security guards started shooting at the vehicle as the driver of the SUV tried to drive away. Eventually, the SUV managed to leave the scene while trailing security personnel continue to open fire at the vehicle.
The reason for the incident and the security guards’ actions are still being established as of this posting. According to the Muntinlupa City Police Station, police officers are currently on site to investigate the incident.
