Motorcyclist dead in Lucena road crash
LUCENA CITY – A motorcyclist died after he accidentally crashed into a drilling machine along the side of the diversion road here early Sunday, police said.
The Lucena police reported that Harold Santos, 31, a government employee, was travelling along the diversion road when he crashed into a stalled road drilling machine in Barangay Ibabang Dupay at around 1 a.m.
Santos sustained serious head and body injuries and expired while being transported to Quezon Medical Center.
