2 motorcycles collide in Calamba; 1 rider dead, another injured

LUCENA CITY –– A motorcyclist died, and another was injured after their vehicles collided in Calamba City, Laguna, on Thursday night, police said.

The Calabarzon police reported that Jojo Ramos, 31, was traveling aboard a motorcycle when he collided with an oncoming motorcycle driven by Darwin Galerio in Barangay Majada-Out around 6 p.m.

Both motorcyclists suffered grave injuries and were rushed to the hospital, but Ramos died on the way.

The police said both motorcyclists have no driver’s license. INQ
