MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will have fair and humid weather on Thursday due to two prevailing weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The intertropical convergence zone will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to the Davao and Soccsksargen regions in Mindanao.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies or warm winds blowing from the Pacific Ocean.
Light to moderate wind speed is expected while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
