Parents and relatives are requested to see social workers Grenadier Noel and Sheba Dabon at the DSWD-7 office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City, with contact number 233-8779.

Failure of the parties to appear or claim the children within the period of two months will subject the children for administrative abandonment proceedings at the DSWD Central Office.
