MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected in Luzon and Visayas on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa weather specialist Meno Mendoza said that the easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean are affecting almost the entire country.
Isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms, however, may still occur in the afternoon and evening.

(In Visayas, fair weather, with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, can be expected.)
Meanwhile, hot and humid weather is expected down south in Mindanao, according to Mendoza.
Pagdating ng hapon, posible ang isolated thunderstorms,” he said.
