MANILA, Philippines—Pascual Garcia III, president of the Philippine Savings Bank, was called back to the witness stand on Thursday to testify on the bank accounts in the name of Chief Justice Renato Corona.
Garcia first appeared in the Senate Wednesday and produced bank records for five peso accounts of Corona.
