MANILA, Philippines — Humid weather will prevail across the country on Thursday due to easterlies or the warm winds blowing from the Pacific, the state weather bureau said.
This, even if Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
It then warned that localized thunderstorms could bring possible flash floods or landslides.
Pagasa said the whole country will have light to moderate wind speed, moving in the east-northeast direction, and coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
